Harissa Prawns

 1 tsp of Harissa paste
 2 tbsp of plain oil
 1/2 tsp of maple syrup
 Pinch of salt
 1 lime, zest and juice
 10-15 raw prawns

Combine the harissa, zest from the lime, oil and syrup and coat the prawns

Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes

Season the prawns with salt and fry on the bbq until cooked and bright pink (3-5 minutes, depending on the size), turning occasionally

Squeeze the lime juice over them and serve
