Finely chop the garlic cloves, chilli and mint.
Put the lamb mince into a mixing bowl, and add the garlic, chilli and chopped mint. Mix together well until blended thoroughly.
Add the paprika, cumin and salt and pepper to the lamb mix.
Make the mince mixture into sausage shapes, and add to skewers (2 per stick).
Brush the koftas with a little oil, and cook for about 3-4 minutes each side.
Best served on a plate of leaf salad, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
