Baileys Eggnog

Ingredients

    1 egg

    1 tsp sugar

    35ml Baileys Irish cream liqueur

    50ml milk

    1 vanilla pod (split)

    pinch of nutmeg (grated)

    1 cinnamon stick

Whisk together the egg and caster sugar until creamy and the sugar begins to dissolve.

Mix in the Baileys, milk and split vanilla pod.

Add some grated nutmeg.

Strain into a short glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick
