Jack High Fruity Cup cocktail

This fruity concoction, created by Charles Martell & Son, uses a Gloucestershire-distilled spirit made with local cider.

 ice cubes handful of mixed berries 6 fresh mint leaves 15ml of fresh lime juice 50ml Jack High cider 100ml still lemonade 30ml soda water

In a large wine glass, place plenty of cubed ice, a handful of mixed berries and the mint leaves.

Pour in the lime juice followed by the Jack High Cider Spirit. Then top with the still lemonade and soda water.

Stir well and add more ice if necessary.
