Created in an exclusive collaboration with the bar team from Michelin-starred Yauatcha in London’s Soho, the Lucky Horse cocktail is the perfect drink for toasting the Chinese New Year.
5 clementine wedges
2 spoons of vanilla & chilli sugar
2 drops of liquorice & ginger essence
15 ml orange juice
15 ml mandarin napoleon
25 ml 12 year old chivas
zest of grapefruit (to garnish)

Muddle the clementine wedges with sugar and essences and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the grapefruit zest.
