 600g beef (thinly sliced) 6 ts soy sauce 3 ts sugar minced green onions 1 minced garlic 1 ts sesame oil 1/2 tsp black pepper a handful of chopped green onions

Mix everything (except for the beef and chopped onions for garnishing) together to create the sauce.

Place raw beef into the sauce to marinate - leave for about 1-2 hours.

Once marinated, place beef in a pan with oil and grill.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
