Mark Taylor has written about food and drink in the South West for the past 15 years; as well as editing the food pages of the Bristol Evening Post and writing regularly for the Western Daily Press, he has contributed to a number of local and national newspapers and magazines, including The Sunday Times, The Guardian, Financial Times, Independent on Sunday, Metro, Olive, Fork and Restaurant. He also writes for several restaurant and pub guidebooks. His weakness: devilled kidneys on toast.
