New shoes

Radisson Blu hotel in Bristol have announced the arrival of a new head chef. Dean Milburn joined the team at the beginning of July from Jamie’s Italian in Bristol.

In 2010, Dean made the decision together with his Bristol-born wife and their young family to make the move to the UK from America. His career in the catering field continued with head chef positions for Hilton Hotels and Jamie Oliver before coming on board with Radisson Blu this year, where immediate changes so far have included the launch of our new summer menu.
