B Block, an authentic pizzeria is opening in Keynsham’s new £60 million development, the Chocolate Quarter, lead by ex Flour and Ash head chef Ben Sacree, along with Adreian Kirikmaa.
Adrian and Ben have worked with renowned Bristol chef Josh Eggleton to create the concept for B Block and define the offering which will include
Wood-fired pizzas, quality coffee and local produce in a unique architectural setting. As well as an atmospheric evening spot, breakfast and lunch offerings will include coffee – supplied by Bristol coffee merchant Brian Wogan – freshly-made smoothies, pastries and bread whilst the lunch menu will feature a variety of authentic wood-fired pizzas, salads, flatbreads and paninis.
The premises, the former chocolate factory Frys and subsequently Cadbury’s is being developed to include a 60-cover restaurant but will keep many salvaged elements from the factory. Chocolate river and glass elevator not confirmed.
The development, which also includes a range of luxury apartments and amenities will be completed in Autumn.
