Chocolate café opens in Bath

Chocoholics rejoice! One of Bristol’s sweetest cafés has landed in Bath. Known for its decadent chocolate-covered treats, visitors to the new four-storey Mrs Potts Chocolate House will be able to gorge on giant wedges of chocolate cake, cookie sandwiches, brownies and six types of hot chocolate. (Tea, coffee and other soft drinks are also available, but where’s the fun in that?)

The new store, overlooking the Abbey, the Roman Baths and the square, has a resident chocolatier and ‘chocolate room’ (very Fifty Shades) with space for chocolate-making workshops where budding chocolatiers will be able to create bars, truffles, and learn how to temper their very own chocolate. Just don’t be choco-late to your class. 

Mrs Potts Chocolate House will be open daily as of 22 February between 10am and 8pm at 7 York Street.
