A self-taught cook and food photographer, she has spent years creating inventive, reliable vegan dishes that don’t leave you feeling like you’re missing out on meat. Oh She Glows started out as a blog, gaining huge success and becoming offically award-winning, and Angela has since turned it into a best-selling cookbook by the same name. The tome brings a host of energising, allergy-free, vegan-friendly recipes to the table; from green smoothies and oil-free baked falafel bites to chilled chocolate espresso torte.
