Padstow Christmas Festival is offering the readers of Crumbs the chance to win a two-night stay at Symply Padstow B&B, wine tasting at binTwo and dinner for two at the Basement Café. What are you waiting for…?
Rick Stein might have put Padstow on the culinary map but there is so much more to this Cornish fishing port and this December the region’s gastronomic highlights are to be celebrated at the Padstow Christmas Festival. From 5-8 December visitors will be able to enjoy cookery demonstrations from around the county including Paul Ainsworth, Nathan Outlaw, Rick and son Jack Stein, Tom Hunter, David Sharland and more big names from around the UK including Angela Hartnett, Michael Caines, Tom Kerridge and Sat Bains.
Visit the shellfish tent and try a selection of lobster, crab and other edible natives of the Cornish oceans; try the pop-up restaurants including Blas Burgers, Wild Bake Pizzas and Dotty’s Handmade Doughnuts; and keep an eye out for the 110 local producers and stallholders throughout the Christmas market.
Sounds good, no? Well if you fancy a break away to this foodie haven, get involved with our competition below. You could win a two-night stay at Symply Padstow, a luxurious four-star Edwardian B&B with views out over the estuary, wine tasting for two at binTwo, and dinner for two at the Basement Café overlooking the harbour.
