Pasetti & Boote and the Forge are really excited to welcome a fantastic selection of importers and producers of wine & cider from Bristol, Wales and London. Suppliers of some of the best restaurants around the UK, they share a real passion for their wine/cider and low intervention production methods.
Guests will have a chance to taste around 50 wines from all over Europe as well as stunning ciders and perry. Each supplier or producer will be at The Forge to talk through what they have chosen to bring to the tasting, where and how it has been produced, and it's characteristics. Tickets are £15 with all proceeds being donated to The Square Food Foundation.
Included in the ticket price is a cheese plate from Rosie The Bristol Cheesemonger with bread from Farro Bakery. This will be a brilliant opportunity to try some wines and cider made by small domain producers who maintain a respect for their land and in the making of their product.
