Limited spaces for this amazing event that will introduce you to this wonderful cuisine. This is the only Bosnian supper club in the UK. Described as a mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours, this 4-course meal will delight all tastes.
The meal starts with a delicious mezze which includes freshly made maslena pogača (butter bread), a Balkan speciality made by repeatedly kneading and re-kneading dough with layers of butter, selection of home-made Balkan pickles made to traditional recipes, regional cured meats and cheeses. To follow is Bey’s Soup, a rich broth from Sarajevo, Bosnian pies with home-made filo pastry, rustic pea stew, authentic Bosnian baklava and quince compote with lemon and cloves made to Dino’s great-grandmother’s recipe.
