Ask for a gin and juice in Bristol and people might think you’ve been listening to a bit too much Snoop Dog. But from February, they may well direct you to Park Street’s latest bar.
Gin and Juice will offer over 400 gins from local and global distilleries in a setting inspired by Parisian cafes and New York’s dive bars. Think glitzy, yet gritty. (It’s cooler if you don’t try too hard, y’know?)
Storming through tonic supplies in popular branches in Cardiff and Cheltenham already, the team behind Gin and Juice bars are making the South West the next stop on their ambitious expansion plans, set to include future venues in Bath, Swansea and Birmingham.
The historic premises at 47 Park Street will open daily from 8.30am, serving up something a little softer than gin, like a selection of freshly pressed juices and light breakfasts of granola bowls, bagels and snacks.
When the lights are dimmed in the evening, the venue will reveal its true self as a gin palace, promising punters well-known bottles and rare and exotic varieties to try.
The new Bristol bar is set to open in February, keep up to date on the Gin and Juice Facebook page for more info.
