Tsukemono pops up at Bristol Spirit

The contemporary Japanese pop up outfit is back...
You’ll also find kaeshi to be the foundation of many bowls – a traditional Japanese soup or broth that you might well not have come across on local menus until now. Dishes include curry udon (with either pork or seitan) and oyako soba, which sees the broth topped with griddled chicken, soy egg and narutomaki.
There are starters and desserts available too, and the menu will be sticking around until the end of March.
