Italian Food Hall opens in Bath

by Dan Izzard

23 November 2017

We see what’s going on here – opening an Italian food hall just round the corner from Crumbs HQ. Well, we were an easy target, to be fair.

The Italian Food Hall has just launched at the top of Milsom Street at 8 Edgar Buildings.

Inside you can expect a load of traditional Italian produce – from fresh cheeses like burrata and ricotta to cured meats, top-notch pasta sauces to chocolate and coffee – all from small, independent Italian producers. Breakfast snacks, paninis and drinks are available to grab on the go to.

Behind the venture is Italian Laura Doria, who has lived in Bath for three years. With her two Italian-based business partners and friends (Luca De Gregorio and Luca Galleti), Laura hopes to bring that Italian passion for food to Bath locals and has put in extra effort to find the very best produce from some lesser known artisan producers from all the different regions of Italy.
