Sweet-toothed Devonians are in for a chocolate-coated treat...

Certified chocolate taster and cocoa fanatic Nicola Knight has announced plans to bring a melting pot of the finest artisan chocolate producers to Exeter on 25 November for the city’s first ever chocolate festival, to be held at the Phoenix.

With craft chocolate on the up in the UK, Nicola wants to bring a slice of bean-to-bar chocolate making to the South West, with a festival choc-full of tasting sessions and demonstrations from some of the finest local chocolatiers and producers across the UK.

Sessions planned include a cacao ceremony, a chocolate making demonstration with Jim Fisher from the Exeter Cookery School, and make-your-own workshops for kids.

The Exeter Chocolate Festival is a free-to-enter event; check out the website for more details and the full programme.
