Win a balloon flight and dinner for two in Bristol!

by Crumbs

30 July 2016

St Austell Brewery is offering one lucky Crumbs reader and a guest a flight in its Tribute Cornish pale ale hot air balloon, followed by a pint of the award-winning ale and a meal for two at the new-look Albion, one of St Austell Brewery’s Bristol-based pubs...

The Albion in Clifton has recently re-opened after being completely refurbished. A new team are serving up St Austell Brewery’s award-winning range of ales behind the bar, while the kitchen have put together an exciting new menu. The winner and their guest will each get to choose a two-course meal, on the house.

Before tucking into dinner, the lucky pair will spend more than an hour in the Tribute balloon on a leisurely tour, taking in the sights of the local area from the sky. Those with eagle eyes may have spotted the bold purple Tribute balloon – which is operated by First Flight – flying high in the Bristol and Bath skies.

Tribute is St Austell Brewery’s flagship brew – it’s a pale amber ale and is light, hoppy and zesty. Orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt to create this superb Cornish classic.

St Austell Brewery has been brewing beer since 1851, and still make its beers from the original site in St Austell, Cornwall, at some of the most advanced facilities in the country. The family-owned independent company has also recently announced the acquisition of Bath Ales, taking on its range of beers as well as its 11 pubs across Bristol, Bath, Cirencester and Oxford.
